Thank you for your order. We want to get ReclaimHer™ to you as quickly as possible. Please read the following shipping information carefully.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping within the United States takes approximately 5–8 business days after fulfillment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination and typically take 10–21 business days after fulfillment. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Nurturess has no control over customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country's customs authority.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website or through our Order Tracking page on nurturess.com.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost or stuck, contact us at support@nurturess.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Nurturess is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Nurturess is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@nurturess.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
