Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is not required — you do not need to send the product back. Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product only. Only purchases made directly through nurturess.com are eligible for this guarantee. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.

Subscribe & Save subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before your next billing date. If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it is subject to the same 60-day guarantee terms above.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our guarantee policy.
